The NI Fiscal Council has joined the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD) network of parliamentary budget officials and independent fiscal institutions. It is one of relatively few such institutions set up at a sub-national level. As a recently set up Fiscal Council, we are excited to join the network, and to learn from international experiences of other Independent Fiscal Institutions.
